Noa Baum is an award-winning storyteller, facilitator, and educator. She brings the power of narrative into workplaces, enabling people to understand and bridge differences while fostering collaboration. Noa combines performance art and practical workshops, offering organizations a unique and powerful approach to diversity work.
Noa holds a BFA in Theater from Tel Aviv University and a Master of Arts in Educational Theater from NYU. She was an actress with the Khan Repertory Theater of Jerusalem and studied with acclaimed acting teacher Uta Hagen in NY.
Noa has several Individual Artist Awards from the Maryland State Arts Council and the Arts & Humanities Council of Montgomery County Maryland. She is a member of Golden Fleece, a leading community of practice on the use of narrative in organizational settings, and the National Storytelling Network.
